Booking
For the peak times of year people often book a year or more in advance, so we do recommend you book your accommodation as soon as possible. We can place the villa on hold for a few days to allow you to organise your flights & to fully finalise your plans… simply contact us using the form above.
To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% is required. This can be paid by cards, bank transfer, paypal or the whole booking and payment can be organised online through the "Book Now" button above. Please note if arrival is within 8 weeks full payment will be taken at booking.
The prices and calendars are fully up to date, so you can have full confidence when booking online. All payments are fully secured and taken through The Grenadines Collection / Grenadine Island Villas system.
The full balance payment (75% of total amount) is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. All the information and various payment options will be sent to you when this is due.
If you wish to cancel your booking the full balance is non-refundable, however if given enough notice we may be able to refund part or all of your balance.
Check in - Check Out
Normal check in / out times are 3pm on arrival, and 10am on day of departure... however we strive to be as flexible as possible, based on what suits you best.
If another tenant is checking in or out on the same day we will advise accordingly, and arrange the longest possible access to the property for all concerned.
Full Support
While at Belles Point House you have the full support of the Management and the on island concierge team. You are also in the trusted care of the House Managers Leo & Hazel.
Leo & Hazel know Bequia and the property inside out and will be on hand to help orientate and assist you throughout the stay .
