Traveling To Bequia

Inter-Island Travel

The islands of the Grenadines are serviced by small inter-island travel; by plane, ferries, water taxis & private yachts / speed boats. This keeps the islands relatively untouched from the masses of tourists, making it a truly authentic Caribbean destination.

International Flights

For your main international flight Barbados is the easiest airport to fly into, due in-part to a large number flights from worldwide destinations, and the many connecting inter-island flights available. Arrival times into Barbados also allows convenient onward connections throughout the Grenadine Islands.

It is also possible to travel to Bequia from St. Lucia, with direct flights available, or from Grenada via St. Vincent, as well as Puerto Rico, Martinique and Trinidad.

Barbados to Bequia

There are 2 direct scheduled flights per day with SVG AIR, flying between Bequia and Barbados. Your international flight must land by 3.30pm to give you enough time to transfer to the local flight. These take approximately 50 minutes, and there will be a taxi waiting to take you to Belles Point House on your arrival.

Barbados to St. Vincent

Many people choose to fly to St. Vincent as there is a bigger range of flights available with LIAT AIRWAYS. It is then a quick ferry ride to Bequia, with regular services provided by The Admiral (Admiralty Transport), the Bequia Express and the Jaden Sea Fast Ferry. There will then be a taxi waiting by the dock to take you to Belles Point House.
